The Winery

In the winery we continue to use 17 traditional earthenware jars made in Colmenar de Oreja and bought by D. Florentino Mingo, though re-dressed internally with resin and fibreglass. Also the use of 17 concrete deposits placed in its day by D. Jesus Diaz.

Besides we have 5 isotherm deposits for cold treatments, filters, refrigeration plates for fermentation control both in vessels and concrete deposits, line of bottling with a 1200/hr bottle capacity, line for sparkling wine production and 120 barrels of oak. (100 of American wood and 20 of French wood)
